At Shredora, we stand behind our adventure gear like we stand at the top of the mountain – with complete confidence. But we understand that sometimes gear needs to be returned or exchanged. Our policy is designed to be as straightforward as your favorite trail.
Our Return Promise
We offer 15-day returns from the date of delivery for most items (see exceptions below). Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached, and in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Armor products (due to safety certification requirements)
- AVIP gear (customized adventure vehicle integration parts)
- Back Protection equipment (safety items that require certification)
- Any items that show signs of use or are not in original condition
Easy 3-Step Return Process
Step 1: Request Authorization
Email our support team at [email protected] with your:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return

Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Include all original tags and accessories
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
- Ship to: Shredora Returns, 2338 Barfield Lane, Indianapolis, IN 46278 USA
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Step 3: Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
- Exchanges: Shipped within 2 business days after return approval
You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund is processed. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 2-10 business days to appear in your account.
Exchange Policy
Prefer to exchange rather than return? We’ve got you covered:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
- Follow the same return process, clearly stating you want an exchange
Damaged or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
