We occasionally run promotions – sign up for our newsletter to stay updated. Currently we don’t offer gift cards but this feature is coming soon!

Shipping & Delivery

How fast is your shipping?
We offer two delivery options to match your adventure timeline:
  • Standard Express ($12.95): 10-15 days after dispatch via DHL/FedEx (1-2 day processing)
  • Free Economy: 15-25 days after dispatch via EMS for orders over $50 (1-2 day processing)
We process orders within 1-2 business days – faster than most adventure retailers!
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide except some Asian countries and remote regions. Our Indianapolis-based warehouse is optimized for global delivery through our premium carrier partners.
Can I track my order?
Yes! All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your gear leaves our warehouse. Track your package directly with the carrier (DHL, FedEx or EMS).
What if my gear doesn’t arrive on time?
While we work with world-class carriers, sometimes adventures happen (even to packages). Contact us at [email protected] if your delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe and we’ll investigate immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. Items must be unused with original tags/packaging. Contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return – we’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, processing takes 3-5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Do you offer exchanges?
Currently we process returns and new orders separately for fastest service. For size exchanges, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order to ensure you get your gear in time for your adventure.

Product Questions

How do I choose the right size for protective gear?
Each product page includes detailed sizing charts. For armor and technical apparel, we recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our charts rather than relying on standard clothing sizes. When in doubt, size up – you’ll often be wearing layers underneath.
Are your products waterproof?
Water resistance varies by product. Look for waterproof/breathable ratings (like 10K/10K) in product descriptions. Our apparel selection includes both waterproof shells and water-resistant softshells for different conditions.
